As the Founder and President of The Power Of Help and Founder of the National Nonprofit Capacity Consortium (NNCC), she has dedicated her career to helping nonprofits, community organizations, municipalities, educational institutions, and mission-driven leaders build sustainable systems that create measurable change.

Wanda’s expertise spans nonprofit capacity building, strategic planning, federal grant writing, organizational development, program design, workforce initiatives, environmental justice projects, housing initiatives, and clean energy partnerships.
